Mr Gordon MacKenzie

Mr Mackenzie has worked in the Financial Services sector in Western Australia for approximately 30 years; predominantly in providing business and personal finance advice. He has worked with the the following financial institutions: Bankwest, St. George (Corporate and Commercial), National Australia Bank Ltd (Business Lending) and Bendigo Bank Ltd, (Branch Manager/Business lending).

Mr Mackenzie left banking for a period of three years to assist his clients with the implementation of their business plans and providing objective reviews to small business on their marketing plans and financing structures; according to the needs of their business. His experience extends to a range of industry sectors that G Corporate Advisory engage in with their clients. Whilst Mr Mackenzie has in-depth technical knowledge on finance structures, he has a very pragmatic approach and risk-averse profile when providing advice to clients’ needs.

Mr Graham Guest 

Mr Guest is a Clinical Psychologist. For the past 30 years he has worked in private practice consulting with individuals, organisations and other health professionals. His experience ranges from providing individual treatment to consulting with organisations dealing with various people management issues and; in conducting training programs on topics such as mediating disputes with “difficult” people. This last program was facilitated and managed by Mr Guest for both Registrars of the District and Supreme Court jurisdictions. Mr Guest has also consulted to: financial services institution Bankwest in Western Australia on psychological safety for front line staff; mining corporate Rio Tinto on understanding mental illness and; large engineering firms and government departments on managing “difficult” conversations with staff/clients.

Dr Robert A Davis BDS (Rand); HDD

Dr Davis has been a Dentist for over 35 years having had his own Practice in Kalamunda, Western Australia for 30 years. He has worked in a number of other Dental Practices in Perth, Western Australia and for the Dental Corporation. In addition to attaining his Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Dr Davis completed a Higher Diploma in Dentistry in 1977 with a major in Prosthodontics and continued with on-going professional development in dentistry over the years. He was a Lecturer and demonstrator at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa and at the University of Western Australia for a period of approximately 15 years.

Mr Mike Underwood

Mr Mike Underwood operates as a Business Broker with Ellis Corporate. Eillis Corporate’s professionals offer vast and wide ranging industry experience and expertise to their clients.

Mr Underwood is a Social Science Graduate of Curtin University in Western Australia and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia. His 18 years of experience in banking and finance included an extended period in personal and business lending. In 2002, Mr Underwood transitioned into the Recruitment field operating his own specialised Agency in a number of sectors being: Health, Financial Services, Engineering and; Mining and Resources. His clients included Mortgage Choice, Bank of Queensland, Mortgage Force, AMP/Charter, Senty, Financial Wisdom, Elders and Morgans.

As a Business Broker, Mr Underwood provides objective views to his clients and has the extensive business experience, network and qualifications to be able to successfully sell a business or search for a business for potential purchasers.
